Chris worked through dealing with all of her shenanigans & made the deal happen. The second time around was a lot smoother, as we were motivated. Chris listed our house and it sold within a few days, then he brokered the deal for our new home. Everything was goin smoothly until the buyers of our home, their lender QUICKEN, dropped the ball and didn’t get the loan docs done on time. After a week past closing date there was no word on when QUICKEN would be done with the loan docs. Chris was able to contact someone at QUICKEN and get the ball moving. So finally were able to move into our new home a week after the original closing date. If it wasn’t for Chris demanding quicken get the docs done there’s no telling how long it would’ve took them. I highly recommend Chris as he knows the ins and outs of the realty game & can be counted on to get things done ✅👌🏻👌🏻💰

His service included a talented photographer who prepared a spectacular presentation of the property, inside and out, for a brochure, as well as a presentation on the Internet. The house was priced higher that the last price sold for the same model, yet within a short time we got a full asking-price offer. His behind-the-scenes team efficiently prepared the information he advised and agreed with me, and negotiated with the buyer's agent, so that Escrow could begin in mid-September. Escrow for the over half-million dollar sale closed on October 17. Chris' knowledge of local conditions, his responsiveness, negotiating skills and expertness in the whole process almost made it seem easy. What more could you ask for?
