“This is my second time working with Chris, the first time he dealt with my ex-wife who was quite the unmotivated seller. Chris worked through dealing with all of her shenanigans & made the deal happen. The second time around was a lot smoother, as we were motivated. Chris listed our house and it sold within a few days, then he brokered the deal for our new home. Everything was goin smoothly until the buyers of our home, their lender QUICKEN, dropped the ball and didn’t get the loan docs done on time. After a week past closing date there was no word on when QUICKEN would be done with the loan docs. Chris was able to contact someone at QUICKEN and get the ball moving. So finally were able to move into our new home a week after the original closing date. If it wasn’t for Chris demanding quicken get the docs done there’s no telling how long it would’ve took them. I highly recommend Chris as he knows the ins and outs of the realty game & can be counted on to get things done ✅👌🏻👌🏻💰”

I have to say Chris is one of the most professional and patient get it done agents!
